MotorSportWorld.tv wants all members to contribute freely to our website for the benefits of all race fans worldwide. However, there are certain types of content that we do not want on MotorSportWorld.tv as described in this policy.
Piracy
We believe that rules of property apply to content on the Internet. The unauthorized distribution of someone else´s content is piracy and in many countries violates Copyright protections.
Having said that, we hope that many content owners will share their content with the visitors to MotorSportWorld.tv via a Creative Commons license.
Pornography
MotorSportWorld.tv does not want any pornographic material on this website so that all pages can be viewed freely and comfortably by visitors of all ages and beliefs. This policy is equally important because many of the contributors to MotorSportWorld.tv want their material presented in a place that reflects positively on their content and because to attract the most relevant advertisers we must ensure that their brands are displayed around tasteful materials.
Distasteful Language
There are certain terms in most languages that the general public finds distasteful and to which children should not be exposed. We believe you know what type of language we are talking about.
Contributions to MotorSportWorld.tv that contain distasteful vocabulary will be removed from the website and a respectful request to the contributor will be sent asking that they cease with similar contributions. It is MotorSportWorld.tv´s policy to block access to or remove material that is believed in good faith to be Copyrighted material that has been illegally uploaded to by any of our Members. We will further disable the account for any repeat offenders.
Procedure for Reporting Infringements of Copyrighted Material
If you believe material or content on MotorSportWorld.tv infringes a Copyright, please send a notice of Copyright Infringement in English to MotorSportWorld.tv at Copyright-Infringement@RaceFansTV.com. This notice should include the following:
1. Identification of the content on MotorSportWorld.tv that infringes a Copyright with specific reference to where this content can be found on MotorSportWorld.tv so that we can verify the existence of such infringing content on MotorSportWorld.tv.
2. Identification of the original work that is Copyrighted and the name of the Copyright owner.
3. Contact information for the physical or legal person submitting the Infringement Notice including telephone number, address, and email address.
4. A statement that the physical or legal person reporting such infringement has a good faith belief that the content is not authorized by the Copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and the reporting person is authorized to submit the Infringement Notice on behalf of the Copyright owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the Copyright owner that has allegedly been infringed.
MotorSportWorld.tv will acknowledge receipt of the Infringement Notice within 24 hours. If the reporting person does not receive confirmation that MotorSportWorld.tv received the Infringement Notice, a copy of such notice should be sent to the following physical address:

MotorSportWorld.tv Response Procedure to Infringement Notices:
1. Confirm receipt of the Infringement Notice by electronic mail within 24 hours. If the Infringement Notice is received by postal courier, we will provide confirmation of receipt within 21 days.
2. Remove or disable access to the infringing material (in a relatively short period of time such as one or two days).
3. To notify the Member who submitted the infringing material that it has been removed or disabled with a copy of the Infringement Notice, and that repeated violations of our Copyright Infringement Policy will lead to the Member´s Account being disabled.
Procedure if Member Claims the Right to Maintain the Content on MotorSportWorld.tv:
If the Member notified of an infringement believes that the content removed from view on MotorSportWorld.tv is not infringing the Copyright of others, the Member must submit a counter notice containing the following information in English:
1. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
2. A statement in good faith from the Member that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or an improper identification of the content.
3. The Member´s name, address, telephone number and email address along with a statement that the Member consents to the jurisdiction of Switzerland as an independent country in which a judicial proceeding can be heard to determine the truth of whether the content is in fact infringing the Copyright of the claimed Copyright owner, the Copyright owner´s agent, or pursuant to the law; and, that the Member will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Infringement Notice at the address provided in such correspondence.
4. MotorSportWorld.tv will forward the Counter Notice to the person who submitted the original Infringement Notice.
5. MotorSportWorld.tv will confirm to the Member that the Counter Notice was received and that it was forwarded on to the person who submitted the original Copyright Infringement Notice.
6. MotorSportWorld.tv may enable access to the content in question in approximately 10-15 days unless it receives a copy of a compliant filed in a competent court of law by the person who submitted the original Infringement Notice within 10 days seeking a court order against the Member for Copyright infringement.
In no case does MotorSportWorld.tv accept responsibility for Copyright infringement for content submitted to MotorSportWorld.tv by its Members and we will cooperate with all entities that make a legitimate claim to Copyright ownership.
MotorSportWorld.tv maintains a registry of all Copyright Infringement Notices and Counter Notices that can be reviewed by any entity that shows just cause for having access to this information.
